Kung Fu Drills can improve our Kung Fu, Martial arts, and other sports, so lets keep on practicing drills and make our foundation solid and Kung Fu more perfect. In Chinese we have a saying, if we only train techniques and forms but not drills in the end you have learnt nothing.(Lian Quan Bu Lian Gong, Dao Lao Yi Chang Kong, 练拳不练功,到老一场空)
