INGREDIENTS:

For Rice :
White Rice or Basmati Rice - 1 ½ cups
Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
Water - 600ml

For Kanji Making :
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon - 3 sticks
Cardamom - 5 pods
Cloves - 5
Mustard Seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Curry leaves
Medium Onions - 2 (Chopped)
Salt to Taste
Mutton - 350g (Boneless)
Ginger + Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Curry Powder - 1 tsp
Crushed Chilli - ½ tsp
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Carrots - 75g (Chopped)
Potatoes - 100g (Chopped)
Beans - 75g (Chopped)
Medium Tomatoes - 1 (Chopped)
Green Chillies - 3
Water - 1 ½ litres
Leeks - 50g (Sliced)
Coconut Milk - 750ml
Hot Water - 250ml
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
