The Panlong Interchange in Chongqing, located in the Nan'an District, is a famous multi-layer interchange renowned for its complex and intricate design. The interchange consists of five layers, connecting roads from multiple directions, with each layer varying in height and orientation. This design makes it one of the key traffic hubs in Chongqing. The Panlong Interchange's design fully considers Chongqing's unique mountainous terrain, achieving efficient traffic flow within a limited space, earning it the title of one of the "most complex interchanges."
Chongqing’s elevated roads are also known for their unique adaptability to the terrain. Many of these elevated roads are built along the mountainous slopes, with uneven surfaces and steep gradients, making some sections feel like a roller coaster ride for drivers. Particularly at night, when the city lights illuminate the bridges, driving on these elevated roads feels like traversing through the mountains, highlighting the distinctive character of Chongqing's mountainous cityscape. These unique elevated roads are not only crucial parts of the city's transportation network but also iconic landmarks showcasing Chongqing’s terrain and engineering technology.



重庆的盘龙立交位于南岸区，是一座著名的多层立交桥，以其复杂而精妙的设计闻名。该立交桥共有五层，连接了多个方向的道路，每层的高度和走向各异，使得其成为重庆市内交通的重要枢纽之一。盘龙立交的设计充分考虑了重庆独特的山地地形，在有限的空间内实现了高效的交通流动，因此被誉为“最复杂的立交桥”之一。
