We're BACK AT IT with our first workout back since giving birth! I was cleared to workout much sooner than i had expected this time around because my recovery went so well, but it is so important to note that everyone's recovery varies. Make sure to consult your doctor if you are coming back to your workout routine, postpartum, post-surgery or post-injury.

This workout is 10 minutes long, short and quick; a perfect workout for on the go.

Take your time with it and take the bounce out if it is too much for you
