In today's aerial yoga tricks class, I'm teaching you how to break down the most common entry into the Crossback Pose to help you:
#1 - REMEMBER how to get into it
#2 - Actually build the strength you need to nail it every time

Because I'm breaking down the pose, this tutorial video is suitable for beginners BUT this does not mean it is easy as it requires a lot of strength. I personally believe that the Crossback is actually an Intermediate level pose. Do the drills in this video so you can get to that Intermediate level more quickly.
