This is converted from grams so the US Cup measurements are approximate

Recipe

200ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp of lukewarm milk
20g of fresh yeast or 8g/3 tsp dry
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
400g/ 3 1/3 cups of plain flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
50g/ half stick of melted butter
1 large egg

Filling

150g/ 1 1/3 sticks of softened butter
150g/ 3/4 cup of soft dark brown sugar
3tsp of potato starch or cornstarch
4tsp of cinnamon

Simple Icing

120g/ 1 cup of icing sugar
Milk

Just add milk a drop at a time until you get a thickish consistency. You don’t want it to be too thin. There should be a slight resistance as you stir it. If you heat it up for about 15 seconds in the microwave before piping it will help it to crystallize and set quicker on the bread

I baked this in s 2lb tin which was on the small side. A 3lb tin would work too. I baked it at 200C/392F Conventional oven for 20 minutes then I placed a cold tray above it in the oven to prevent it from getting too dark and gave it another 15 minutes. Also, maybe place a tray underneath for the off chance that any filling drips out
