When should you get back to skating after an ankle sprain? The number one question everyone with a sprain wants to know. In this video I explain my process with getting back on the board and how to blend training with skating to heal an ankle sprain faster.

In this series I'll be documenting my ankle sprain recovery. I'll be showing you the rehab exercises and other rehab tips and tricks I'll be doing along the way to heal as fast as possible.
