Rossini on a Historical Harp | Cermeño · MarchVivo

This concert offers the unusual opportunity to listen live to two original harps from the 19th century, which reflect two transcendental moments in the evolution of the instrument. Its morphology changed at the end of the 18th century with the incorporation of a complicated pedal mechanism, allowing the expansion of the repertoire into a more elaborated and chromatic one.
