Botched By Another Surgeon And Left With Terrible Scars! Can Her Plastic Surgery Nightmare Be Fixed?

This beautiful 47-year-old patient that was told by another surgeon that Ponytail Lift™ was just a fancy name. Unfortunately, her botched plastic surgery left her with horrible scars.

The same plastic surgeon that told her the Ponytail Lift™ was just a "fancy name" performed a "mini lift" on her and left her with horrible hypertrophic scarring. As you can see in the video the results were truly catastrophic.

This is The Ponytail RESCUE
On a scale of 1 to 10 level of difficulty, this was a 12 to fix. Her neck and face had been pulled tight by the previous surgeon... This tension on the closure left these horrible hypertrophic scars. When the scars where excised, the wound automatically sprung apart another 2 cm.

We had to dissect the neck all the way below the clavicle and go posterior to the trapezius just to be able to recruit more skin in order close the wound without tension. The tragus of the ear that was destroyed by the mini facelift was reconstructed by creating skin flaps from the surrounding area. The Ponytail Facelift™ was used to beautify the rest of the face.

Not only were we able to rescue her from this terribly unfortunate and avoidable cosmetic surgery outcome, but we also created harmony and restored balance to her face as if this painful experience had never happened.
