Ingredients:🇬🇧❤️🇲🇺
Fluffy, Soft & Layered Roti
500 gm A/P flour (1 lb farine blanc)
1 tsp salt
3 tbs oil + 1/2 cup extra oil
300ml warm water.
Mix well & rest for a minimum 30mins or more.
After cooking wrap in a kitchen towel to continue cooking & farata stays soft that way.
