Roti Marchand Fondant 🇲🇺🇬🇧❤️

Ingredient:-🇬🇧🇲🇺❤️
500 gm A/P flour
1 tsp sugar
Salt to your taste
5 tbs oil
Water as required I used nearly 300 ml boiling water.
Oil while cooking on Tawa.
Tawa must be very hot, once cooked roti must be wrap in a piece of cloth or kitchen towel to continue the process of cooking & that will creat steam hence roti remain nice & soft.
Remember this roti can be made & freeze for any occasion👍🇲🇺🇬🇧
Let roti cool down completely wrap individually in cling film & alluminium wrap then freeze. Remove from freezer the night before to eat in the morning, 5 -7 seconds in microwave before eating.🇲🇺🇬🇧
