In her role of Director of Program Management at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO), Lory is responsible for implementing and leading a global Program Management Department (PMD). She has an MBA in information technology management, is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Expert Systems Engineer (INCOSE).
