Final Steps of Gynecomastia Treatment with Carlos and Dr. Caridi

One year later, Dr. Caridi and Carlos meet again. Everyone has seen the video with Carlos and his significant gynecomastia removal in zones 1-3. Dr. Caridi followed up with Carlos after his initial gynecomastia procedure and thought he could do additional finesse treatment to further enhance his results and had Carlos come in the office.

Carlos is the definition of control. He has controlled his mind and controlled his body. After suffering from arthritis and gynecomastia, he decided to make a change. Carlos is very happy with his results and in fact went on to have life changing experiences. Carlos went on to lose additional weight and further sculpt his body. Dr. Caridi has been watching him for the last year on his YouTube channel and thought he could make his chest even better now that he has been maintaining his workout routine. This can be done under local anesthesia since it is a smaller and shorter procedure. Carlos agrees and they head back to operating room.

Dr. Caridi marks the pectoral muscle and the muscle belly. The area under this can be refined ever so slightly to give a little more definition using Vaser liposuction. Regular liposuction techniques cannot be used because the existing scar tissue to too difficult to get through. Since it is such a small area, he uses a syringe and liposuction cannula to suck out the remaining fatty tissue.
