This 25-minute circuit workout with cardio blasts will focus on butt and legs. It's broken up into four circuits. For each circuit, you'll go through three exercises three times. You rest 30 seconds and then finish with 30 seconds of all-out cardio.

Circuit 1
-Sumo Squat
-Sumo Squat Pulses
-Side Steps
squat jack finisher

Circuit 2 RIGHT LEG
-Single-Leg Deadlift to Back Lunge
-Curtsy Lunge
-Low Lunge to Squat
sprinter lunge hop finisher

Circuit 3 REPEAT ON LEFT LEG

Circuit 4
-Hip Bridge Lifts
-Hip Bridge Pulses (out + up)
-Hip Bridge March
hip bridge hold finisher

As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. I have a warm up on my channel (   • 5-Minute Warm Up for At-Home Workouts  ) or you can do your own. Listen to your body and modify as needed, stopping altogether if something doesn't feel right.
