This is a quick 10 minute ankle mobility routine that you can use daily to improve your ankle dorsiflexion! Ankle mobility has been a personal weak point of mine for years, so I am always happy to work on this!

Targeted Areas:

📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
•10 Stretches, No Repeats
• 40s work, 20s rest

⚙️EQUIPMENT NEEDED
🧱 1 Yoga Block (Or something 2-3 inches tall to put under your toes)

COACHING NOTES
✅Move through your largest pain-free range of motion
✅Keep the intensity to a 7 to 8/10
✅Breathe only through your nose to keep your nervous system calm.
