‪@tjibbegaastra‬ inspired me through his recent Murph workout (   • First Time Trying Out A Murph Workout...  ) to give the Murph a shot. I did the runs off camera, and recorded my effort here on the pullups, pushups, and squats. My total time was roughly 36 min, 02 seconds

A Murph is a workout coming from the Cross-Fit community consisting of:
1 mile run,
100 pullups
200 pushups
300 air squats*
1 mile run

My times were:
1 mile run - 6 min, 56 sec
Transition to next stage (roughly 2 min)
Pullups, pushups, squats - 20 min, 40 sec
Transition to the run (roughly 2 min)
1 mile run - 8:26


* The pullups, pushups, and air squats may be completed in any order and in any grouping of sets and reps. I chose the "leg saver" approach which is:

15 Rounds Of:
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 20 air squats

5 Rounds Of:
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
