Shahi Tukra Lasagna
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) ½ litre
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) powder ½ tsp
-Kewra water 1 tsp
-Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
-Cornflour 1 tbs
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Ghee 1 tbs
-Khoya 1 Cup
-Condensed milk ¼ Cup
-Cream 100 ml
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs
-Pista (Pistachio) chopped 2 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
-Bread slices 10-12
-Badam (Almonds) chopped
-Pista (Pistachio) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Milk Syrup:
-In a sauce pan,add milk,green cardamom powder,kewra water,sugar and mix well,bring it to boil and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-In a bowl,add cornflour,water and whisk well.
-Now add dissolve cornflour,mix well and cook until milk syrup is thick & set aside.
Prepare Khoya & Nuts Layer:
-In a wok,add ghee and let it melt.
-Add khoya and mix well.
-Add condensed milk,cream,almonds,pistachios,mix well and cook for a minute & set aside.
Prepare Bread for Frying:
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry bread slices from both sides until golden.
Assembling:
-In a serving dish,add prepared milk syrup,bread,prepared milk syrup,prepared khoya & nuts layer, bread,prepared milk syrup,prepared khoya & nuts layer,bread & prepared milk syrup.
-Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
-Refrigerate for 1-2 hours & serve!

-Sauce pan mein doodh,hari elaichi powder,kewra water aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Bowl mein cornflour aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Ab dissolve conflour dal ker mix karein aur milk syrup garha ho janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Khoya & Nuts Layer:
-Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
-Khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Condensed milk,cream,badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Bread for Frying:
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur bread slices ko dono sides sa golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein tayyar milk syrup,bread,tayyar milk syrup,tayyar khoya mixture,bread,tayyar milk syrup,tayyar khoya & nuts layer,bread aur tayyar milk syrup dal dein.
-Pista aur badam sa garnisj karein.
-1-2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein & serve karein!
