Join me for a 10 minute BACK AND SHOULDERS WORKOUT to help improve your posture. All you need is a light set of dumbbells. I'll be using 3lb weights, but you can use anything between 2-5lbs. Most of the workout will be standing movements with only 2 (wrist friendly) floor exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
