Hi Rik, please have a go at my following recipe it really is exceptional good and goes with any meat or just have it on its own.
1. 4 large spuds cubed and cooked
2. 4 or 5 rashers of smoked bacon cooked and crumbled
3. One large onion and one garlic clove diced and well cooked.
4. Let them all go cold , then mix them together with a pint of very cheese sauce, grate some more cheese on top
5. Bake in hysap on 140 until browned on top around 25 mins.

Taking Cooking food back to basics.

Ingredients:
4 - 5 large potatoes, cubed
4-5 rashers of smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pint (approx. 570 ml) of very cheesy sauce (see below for cheese sauce recipe)
Additional cheese, grated (for topping)
1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese (for extra flavor in the cheese sauce)
Salt and pepper to taste
herbs (optional: parsley, or thyme)
2 tablespoons butter (for frying potatoes)
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cheese Sauce Ingredients:
1 pint (570 ml) milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups (180 g) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp English Mustard

Cheese topping
Mozzerella
Parmasan
Cheddar

Bake Air fryer 140c - 280f 25 mins
Oven 160c - 320F 25 mis
