2 chicken breasts, sliced in half (season with salt & pepper)
2 eggs
1 cup flour (season with salt & pepper
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs or use panko and season with salt, Italian seasoning, garlic & onion powder 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Slice chicken breasts in half. Place in a ziplock bag or plastic wrap. Pound with anything heavy until super thin. Dip in flour with salt & pepper, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs/panko. Press down so the breading sticks. Thoroughly spray with oil and air fry 380F for 7-8 min. Immediately sprinkle salt over fried chicken.

Caesar Dressing

1 cup mayo
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, grated
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
1/2 cup Parmesan, freshly grated

Parmesan Crisps

2 tbsp shredded Parmesan

Bake in the oven 400F for 4-5 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper until golden brown.
