Thank you for stopping by to watch our 2015-2019 Hyundai Sonata front fascia removal. We are a high-quality pre-painted auto parts store. We provide painted exterior car parts for just about any model on the market. This particular car has quite a few things wrong with it. We are not only replacing the bumper cover but the doors as well. The Hyundai Sonata is a very popular vehicle and has grown considerably in the past decade. This car is no different from the older model. It is very easy and simple to replace this bumper cover.

TOOLS NEEDED:
You will need a Philips screwdriver, a panel clip removal tool, or a flat-head screwdriver. You will also need a10mm socket with a socket wrench.

PROCESS:
You will need to remove bolts or clips that secure the Sonata front bumper to the frame. We started with the side of the tire or the wheel wells. You can start where ever you think is best. There is one bolt holding the bumper to the fender bracket located on the corner of the bumper. There are also 3 clips or screws that secure the fender liner to the bumper. But, because of the damage to this car, the fender liner and those screws are missing from our vehicle. Repeat this step on the other side of the bumper. We then moved our way to the lower bumper cover. Again, this vehicle is missing the lower bumper shield due to the accident but there are screws/bolts or clips that secure the bottom bumper. We then made our way to the top of the bumper last to remove the radiator cover. The top bumper and radiator cover is one piece, so once the top is loose, you can begin to take off the bumper. Pull the bumper off from the corners or wheel well towards the middle. Be careful not to let the bumper fall or pull it away too fast. The fog lights must be disconnected from the electrical harness. Now the bumper should be fully removed!
