食 材:
燕麥片 Oatmeal 135g
混合堅果 Unsalted Mixed Nuts 110g
蜂蜜 Honey 80g
南瓜子仁 pumpkin seed 30g

step:
1 先把燕麥片和南瓜子仁倒入熱鍋裡炒一炒,
2 用小火慢慢炒至表面微微發黃即好,盛起放涼備用
3 將燕麥南瓜子仁和混合好的堅果倒在盆子,混合均勻
4 把蜂蜜倒進燕麥堅果裡面
5 將混合好的堅果燕麥倒入方形盤內,用杯子壓緊實
6 盡量壓緊實一點,不易鬆散
7 放入雪柜冷藏6個小時至凝固,取出來就可切成小塊狀的能量棒了
8這樣就完成了

滿滿的堅果和燕麥,很好吃又健康

Step:

7. Refrigerate for 6 hours until solidified, take it out and cut it into pieces
