4~6汤匙 花生酱/芝麻酱 - 4~6 tbsp peanut butter / Tahini
4~6汤匙 老干妈辣椒酱 - 4~6 tbsp Lao Gan MA Chili Sauce
4~6汤匙 高汤 - 4~6 tbsp soup-stock
少许油 - dash of Oil
400g长寿面/手工面 - 400g Longevity Noodles
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 花生 - dash of peanuts
少许 黄瓜 - dash of Cucumber
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
少许 芫茜 / 香菜 - dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
少许 芝麻 - dash of Sesame seed
