Ingredients:
8 large scallops
2 vermicelli
1 shallot
1 garlic
1 chopped scallion
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hot oil (pour it over before serving)
1-2 tbsp sweet soy sauce / soy sauce for seafood

Scallop marinate:
pinch of salt & black pepper

8 隻 帶子
2 個 粉絲
1 個 紅蔥頭
1 個 蒜頭
1 棵 青蔥
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
1 湯匙 生抽
2 湯匙 滾油 (最後淋上面)
1-2 湯匙 甜豉油 / 蒸魚豉油

帶子醃料:
少許糖 & 黑胡椒粉
