Iss video me Dr. Praveen Tripathi ne Panic disorder ke baare me bataya hai. Panic attack ek anxiety ka attack hota hai. Panic attack me patient ko ghabrahat, bechaini, dil ki dhadkan tez hona, saans lene me dikkat hona, paseene aana, hath pair thande hona, BP badhna , chakkar aana - aise lakshan ho sakte hain. Patient ko aisa lagta hai ki usse heart attack na ho jaaye ya stroke na aa jaaye. Patient ko ye darr rehta hai ki shayad doctor unki bimari ko nahi samajh paaye hain aur unka thik se diagnosis nahi ho paaya hai, issliye vo kai tarah ke medical tests karvaate rehte hain, jo ki bilkul normal aate hain. Vo maan na he nahi chahte ki ye Anxiety ke he lakshan hain. Ek baar agar kisi ko panic attack hota hai, to usse ye darr rehta hai ki aisa dubara na ho jaaye.
