Dr Reid Oliver's Story - ATWT - Part 64

Ok. This was heaven.....complete and utter REID HEAVEN!!! :D

First of all, I need to get this out! BEARD. I am not even going to question how he grew it in a day because we all know the power of Reid Oliver can stimulate hair folicles of one Luke Snyder and mess with mood lighting ... but COME ON... in a matter of hours, Reid has stubble. HAHAHA Oh ATWT you are so hilariously ridiculous sometimes!

Luke Snyder. I've loved you for 5 years. I've never EVER loved you more. Maybe except when you were drunk :P
He's like a dog with a bone and is taking NONE of Reid's crap which is in abundance today.

Seriously, what the HELL is Reid eating?!?! :) Made me giggle so much. Oh Reid sigh We get SO many of his "things" in this one episode!

Luke's face when he finds out Reid may be leaving. So damned adorable. I love the push and pull. I love their understanding and THIS was the height of it so far. Luke's all swoony and is sure of himself now. Damn sexy. HA! Reid is all confused and brooding. Damn sexy also.

Dear wardrobe and hair and make-up,
ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME (US ALL)?
Keep lighting Reid like this...keep doing that twisty thing with Luke's hair....never EVER let Van remove that outfit.

Oh Reid is such a damn liar. I adore their snappy and argumentative moments. It's so THEM.

"He did it for me."
"We like eachother. We want to spend time together. It's as simple as that."
"Don't let him get away."

Luke fights for him. WISH Reid could have seen that. I want him to feel loved and wanted and cared for.
Luke's so definitive about his feelings for Reid and that was so PRECIOUS about this episode. He's sure now and he's acting on it. THANK THE LORD.

Reid in Yo's. The lighting.....oh the lighting. YUM.
Brooding Reid is just incredible. His one liners were insanely brilliant today ... "poor bastard" ... :)
Whoever wrote this episode is GENIUS and GETS Reid. I adore them.
Then we get Bob and Reid. YEY!
It's like a father and son scene. That second when Bob scolds him and says "no you listen." It's soooo fatherly. I sighed so happily. Reid knows Bob cares.

The way Eric said "who did what now?". PERFECTION. Such a brilliantly delivered line. He wants to know and couches his words in "i don't give a damn". Reid, stop being an ass and just accept that you're secretly over the moon that Luke stood up for you.

No alchol. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. He's not as hardcore as he'd like to think he is. He KNEW they wouldn't let him go. Course he did. It's so ambiguous and unique. Loved his smirk and his ambling out of the door. GOD Eric's acting today blew me away. He does "messed up" really well!

...now for the cuteness. Oh my.
First of all. Reid picking up the glass. AHHH - WHOEVER wrote that, and if it wasn't written, whoever directed that....I LOVE you. It's SO Reid. So forward, presumptuous, cheeky and rude. Loved how he sniffed it to see if it had alcohol in it! :D
The way he walked in too. So full of confidence (FAKE confidence!)

Luke looked incredible, tie undone and making eyes at Reid. HOW in hells name did they not see a kiss or something more was SO necessary?! I adored the scene regardless and think it works without a kiss but they've both jus admitted liking eachother quite a lot, they've both fought for eachother, Reid's all vulnerable, Luke's all cue and confident. A kiss writes itself. Grrr.

Anyway, Luke's idiot line and quoting Reid back to him. He knows him. What I've always said...and I'm so pleased I wasn't imagining it. He really does understand him.

The smiles were so adorable. Reid can't even look at him. He's so damn nervous. Plus, it's tentative and a bit awkward. I loved that. They haven't crossed enough boundaries yet or sorted through things to escape that yet.

Oh Luke. The little smile he gives Reid....full of "look at you you big jerk, you're a mess but let me take care of you".... wow. Luke lives to care. Reid's life is so void of care it's ridiculous.

I don't know how he's going to cope with Luke's intensity and his openess. He DOES know him though...BUT a relationship... I can't wait to see him try and deal with it and adjust and learn and we all KNOW Luke is the GOD of loving someone and looking after them. His heart's got an endless supply!

I just can't say how much I love this episode. It was stuffed full of Reid-ness and so many typically Reid moments that make you roll your eyes and adore him even more. Plus, rooftop Luke is a more permanent fixture (no doubt the writers will do SOMETHING to change that- grr!) and I pray to god THIS Luke sticks around.
