You will be guided through very minimal movement and settle into supported and grounding postures. Option to do this practice from the comfort of your bed or anywhere else. You are invited to release feelings of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, worry and find feelings of presence, control, and peace within yourself.

This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
