We're huge fans of Khao Soi, a famous dish from northern Thailand. So, we decided to take the plunge and make it ourselves for the first time in this video! The outcome? Absolutely amazing! We hope you'll be inspired to whip up a batch and enjoy it at home.

✅ Ingredients List:

For Khao Soi Curry Paste
Lemongrass: 1 stick
Black Cardamom Seeds: From 3-4 pcs
Kaffir Lime Leaf: 2 pcs
Coriander Seeds: 1.5 tbsp
Onion: 8 Small Pieces
Garlic: 5-6 cloves
Fresh Turmeric: 2-inch finger size (25gm Approx)
Fresh Ginger: 2-inch finger size (25 gm Approx)
Dried Red Chilli: 20 pcs

For Cooking
Chicken: 1 kg
Chicken Powder: 1 tsp
Sugar: 4 tsp
Fish Sauce: 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce: 4 tbsp
Water: 2 cups
Coconut Milk: 500 ml
Salt: To Taste
Noodles: 500 gm egg noodles or 3-4 pack instant noodles.

For Serving
Chilli Oil
Lemon
Chopped Onion
