Ingredients:

For Kadhi

1 cup curd/dahi
2 spoon gram flour/besan
1-1/2 cup water
1 Tbsn of oil
1/2 tsp musturd seeds/rai
little fenugreek seeds/methi dana
4-5 garlic buds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1/4 inch ginger
2-3 curry leaves
1 green chili
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
coriander leaves
salt as per taste

For Gole

1/4th chana dal
1/4th toor dal
5-6 garlic buds
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
10-12 curry leaves
coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1 spoon oil

For tampering/tadka

1 Tbsn Oil
1/2 tsp musturd seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
curry leaves
2 red chillies
1/2 tsn turmeric powder
1/2 tsn hing
