In this video tutorial, I provide guidance on how to review and perform an analysis on your schedule regarding the critical path method (CPM). Often we put together a project schedule without really understanding the interactions taking place between activities and often omitting or making a mistake without knowing it. I also distinguish between total slack/float and free slack/float and how it is useful in construction projects to know the implications of each. I also go over how to review the schedule both from start to end and end to beginning.
