Hello everyone! Join me for an arm workout minus weights. Yes, that's right, no weights are needed for this arm session, we are just using your beautiful bodyweight. I always shock my clients with these kinds of workouts, the arm burn is real! Remember to engage those arm muscles throughout this workout, show me those muscles - you need to give yourself that resistance. I always say, 'think you're holding on to heavy weights' or 'pretend you're moving your arms through melted chocolate or melted cheese!' The aim of the game is to try and keep your arms up throughout the whole standing series, but if you need to shake out your arms that's totally okay, and then try to jump right back in! See you soon!
