Hello everyone! Join me for a quick back body workout. We will be working to strengthen through the whole back, which will help with posture. Bodyweight will be sufficient for this workout, but lightweights, such as 1kg, can be used if you would prefer. If you would like to use some resistance, but don't have weights, you could use tins of beans/tomatoes or water/milk/juice bottles, in place - just be careful they don't spill! See you soon! Emma x
