【年饼】简单又营养的手工黑芝麻饼 Homemade Black Sesame Cookies

材料:
100克 中筋面粉
60克 黑芝麻粉
45克 糖粉
1/4茶匙 盐
1汤匙 花生酱/花生草莓果酱
70毫升 玉米油

涂层:
1粒蛋黄
1茶匙清水
1茶匙 食油


做法:
1. 把全部材料混合均匀成粉团。
2. 取出少许粉团 (约5-6克,压至紧实后轻轻搓圆,放在已铺上不沾烤盘纸的烤盘上。
3. 表面涂点蛋液,再沾上少许黑芝麻。
4. 放入已预热的烤炉,以160°C,上下火,烘烤20分钟
5. 等待冷却后,收入密封瓶子即可

Homemade Black Sesame Cookies

Ingredient:
100g all-purpose flour (sift)
60g black sesame powder (sift)
45g icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon peanut butter/peanut strawberry jam
70ml corn oil

1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon cooking oil


Step:
1. Mix all the ingredients evenly into a dough.
2. Take out a small amount of dough (about 5-6 grams), press until firm, then gently shape into a ball, and place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper.
3. Spread some egg liquid on the surface, and then sprinkle with a little black sesame seeds.
4. Place in the preheated oven, bake at 160°C, upper and lower heat for 20 minutes
5. After cooling, put it into a sealed bottle.
