This video in particular is to help you go as fast as you can for 2000m on the rowing machine. The 2k rowing machine workout is the gold standard for comparing yourself to others on the rowing machine so see how fast you can go. This workout is about covering 2000m on the rowing machine in 8 minutes. This can be a barrier for some so hopefully rowing along with me you can gain a little bit of extra motivation to push yourself that little bit more to get you a personal best on the rowing machine for 2000m.

In this video I talk through the whole 2000m rowing machine workout to let you know what goes through my head and hopefully help you with some tips to see if you can improve your times on your 2k erg.
