For the record i make this series to keep a log of what i am doing and to watch my progressions while at the same time i have something to watch back and better my form.
I can also keep myself acountable and open for outside advice or comments.

This is called the 3/50 method.
I need to get 50 reps in 3 sets and then i got to progress further!

24/06/24
OHP with 52½ KG, Needed to hit 50 reps in max 3 sets.
First set: 15 reps
Second set: 10 reps
Thirth set: 10 reps
Total 35. next block same weight!

Weighted chinups 15 KG 3 sets Max Reps = today 12, 8, 7.
