Ashpak Mullani belongs to the small town Devdi in Solapur district from an impoverished family; he has secured the 7th rank (AIR) in the UPSC exam 2024, taking on the role of Assistant Director at the serious fraud investigation office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

Ashpak completed his preliminary education at Zilla Parishad School at Devdi, and after completing his education, he moved towards Pune to pursue his higher education. He successfully secured admission to the prestigious law college ILS Pune. Started his law college journey no doubt he is a hardworking guy but faces many challenges as he was from a small town and doesn’t have a good command of English, but he struggles and achieves it. After a few years, he started to realise that it would take a long time to establish his practice after completing law, as he was from a poor family with limited resources. He decided to start the preparation for the competitive exam. In the year 2022, he joined the Ganesh Shirsat judicial academy. He became an aspirant who attended Both the Preliminary and Mains exams batch. Within a year, he achieved 8th rank in the MPSC exam, leading him to serve as Assistant Legal in the Law and Judiciary Department, Mantralaya, in 2023.
