Needle in Cotton - Pak Hok Pai Kung Fu

I came upon the park today while riding my bike and thought it was a beautiful day to practice my Min Lay Chum (Cotton Needle Soft Set Chi Kung).

This is a soft movement meditation set from Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu. I show the first 2 lines in the video. There are a total of 6 lines in the main set and a 7th line for in-door disciples. The form is very good for balance, physical and mental well being. It is especially good for you when performed outside in a beautiful setting such as where I was at today, Comox Harbor, Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Like fine wine, the form gets better the more you age and practice :)
