(Pizza Dough) for 11 Piece
Refined Flour - 1 kg
Yeast - 20 gram
Refined Oil - 120 gram
Water - 500 ml
Salt To Taste

(pizza Sauce)
Tomato Pure - 2 Big Tomato
Tomato pulp - 2 Big Tomato
Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 Cup
Basil Leaf - 8-10 leaf
chopped garlic - 20 gram
Oil - 1 Table Spoon
Sugar Grain - 2 spoon
Salt to taste
Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon

(Pizza Topping)
Tomato - 1 Big
Basil Leaf - 8 Piece
Mozzarella Cheese - 100 Approx
Oil - For Dusting
Refined Flour - For Sprinkle
Oregano - On top
Chill flakes - On Top
