材料:半只鸡、3个马铃薯、五个香菇、6瓣蒜、10红葱头、1勺豆瓣酱、1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、30克椰糖、适量清水、少许香菜

1)把鸡肉、马铃薯切块,香菇切半
2)蒜&红葱头搅成末
3)热锅热油把马铃薯炸至金黄色捞出
4)锅留底油爆香蒜红葱头末,加入1勺豆瓣酱、鸡肉块、香菇炒熟
5)加入马铃薯,1勺酱油、1勺黑酱油、30克椰糖炒至椰糖化开,再加入香菇水或适量清水没过,小火焖煮10分钟完成✅
