இராமேஷ்வரம் அருகிலுள்ள தங்கச்சிமடம் என்ற மீனவத் தீவில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்தவர் ஆரோக்கிய மான்ரோ. இவர் தனது #fisherman குடும்ப நிலையை அறிந்து, Education இல் அதிக கவனம் செலுத்தியது மட்டுமல்லாமல் பகுதி நேரத்தில் உழைத்தார். பின் லண்டனில் மேற்படிப்பை முடித்து, சென்னைக்குத் திரும்பி "மீன் கடை" என்ற #fish வணிகத் தொழிலைத் தொடங்கி, இன்று தொழிலதிபராக உயர்ந்துள்ளார். இக்காணொளியில் தான் எவ்வாறு இந்நிலையை அடைந்து, மாற்றுப் பாதையில் சிந்தித்து தனது #business மூலம் சாதித்தார் என்பதைப் பற்றிக் கூறுகிறார்.

Arokiya Mandro, founder of "Meen kadai" was born and brought up in a #fishermen family in an island called Thangachimadam, near Rameshwaram. Knowing the situation of his fisherman family, he studied well and continued his career after schooling in Loyola College, Chennai. Then he studied abroad at London, came back to Chennai and begun his online business of selling fish with a brand name "Meen Kadai" using #ecommerce His story of being brought up in a fisherman family to the business that he is running successfully today inspires the budding entrepreneurs to start any business.
