Now in this video I bring all those tips together in a full workout where I detail my complete routine, with a special emphasis on upper chest, including exercise selection, sets and reps. Here's the breakdown of the routine:
4 sets of unilateral cable crossovers (20,10,10,15)
4 sets of incline dumbbell flyes (20, 10,10,15)
4 sets of incline dumbbell presses (20,10,10,15)
4 sets of modified cable flye (20,10,10,15)
