Here's a tribute to the golden era of WFAN, before the days of 101.9 and FM broadcasting. Just when it was good old 660 AM and 50,000 Watts. Imus was still on the air, Mike and the Mad Dog, and the Mets. These are the sounds I grew up with. Some of these were rarely used so hearing them now is wild, but most of these are the classic ones we've known all these years, until they brought in the new jingles [sigh] in January 2014.
