300g minced beef
2 tbsp onion koji
4 tbsp panko (bread crumbs)
5 tbsp milk
1 egg
1 clove grated galic
nutmeg
pepper
*sauce - okonomi sauce, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce

⭐️Soup using ONION KOJI
130g daikon
40g carrot
100g celery
2 okra
1 piece bacon
2 tbsp onion koji
400ml water
👍 Whatever you have in the fridge!
👍Vegetables alone are delicious!

⭐️Dressing using ONION KOJI
1 tbsp onion koji
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar or normal vinegar
1 clove grated garlic
lemon juice
pepper
