Milk punch is such a fun drink- its one of those cocktails that is already so well balanced and polished, that it doesn’t even need alcohol. I have always made my milk punch alcohol free, so I can play around with different spirits- you will be surprised what different spirits bring out in different variations of milk punch. Its also a really impressive drink and a great conversation starter. People are always amazed that its made from milk, yet perfectly clear! The silky smooth texture makes this a great sipper to be served over a large rock. Feel free to change up the ingredients to suit your tastes- just remember if you want to add any dark spirit to add it BEFORE you filter it, so you will still end up with a crystal clear product. Honey Lavender Milk Punch:
1.5 cups of milk
1 cup lavender tea
2 cups earl grey tea
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 oz honey syrup
