2:20 : 1. Eat in a calm environment - at table, near a window, outside, (not walking on the street or at your desk)
3:44 : 2. No distractions - tv, phone, book
4:54 : 3. Eat food prepared with love
6:27 : 4. Give thanks before eating
7:19 : 5. Proper frame of mind - energy can seep into our food. If distracted, meditate before eating
8:51 : 6. Consume food that is warm, moist
9:20 : 7. Avoid cold food and drinks
10:26 : 8. Consume only small amount of liquid with meals (1/2 cup)
11:39 : 9. Consume foods with similar potencies = don’t combine hot and cold food + proper food combining
12:22 : 10. CHEW CHEW CHEW
13:52 : 11. Eat only until 75% full - satisfied, but not heavy
14:46 : 12. Take 3 hours between meals for optimal digestion
