✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Palak:
Spinach(पालक) - 1 Bunch
Roasted Gram(बेसन) - Some
Oil(तेल) - 2 Serving Spoon
Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
Cumin Seeds(जीरा) -Some
Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Spoon
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
Onion(प्याज) - 1
Pea(मटर) - 1 Cup
Tomato(टमाटर) - 2-3
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Water(पानी) - For Boiling
For Tadka
Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
Cumin seeds(जीरा) - Some
Garlic(लहसुन)
White Sesame Seeds(सफ़ेद तिल)
Dry Whole Red Chili(सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च)
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
For Paratha:
Spinach(पालक)
Ginger(अदरक )
Green Chili(हरी मिर्च)
Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
Dried Mango Powder (अमचूर) - 1 Tbsp
Celery (अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tbsp
Roasted Gram(बेसन) - Some
Ghee(घी)

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤, wash, wipe, and chop Spinach. Keep the heavy bottom pan for heating, Oil, Ghee, Cumin Seeds, chopped Garlic, and Green Chili, and sauté till brown. Then add chopped Onion, fresh Peas, chopped Tomato, and Salt. Cover and cook until it cooks well. Now add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Spinach/Palak, roasted Gram Flour, and Water. Cover and cook for a further three to four minutes.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, heat a tadka pan, add Ghee, Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Sesame Seeds, dried Red Chilli, and Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Saute all well and put the tadka to tha Palak. Mix well and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, take chopped Palak, add crushed Ginger, Green Chilli, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Mango Powder, Carom Seeds, and roasted Gram Flour and mix well. Make Paratha and roast with Ghee/Oil. Serve with Lasooni Palak and enjoy!
