Hi Friends! I'm so excited to be sharing my childhood favorite noodle dish - Dan Dan Noodles!!! Yes this classic Sichuan recipe is HERE! Dan Dan Noodles originated in Chengdu in the late 1800s and it is a world famous noodle dish now! The delicious chili oil and pork toppings make this noodle so irresistible!
