Ingredients:

For making Patwadi or patodi:
1 cup gram flour (chana dal flour)
1 tbsp wheat flour
¼ tsp Haldi powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
2 tsp oil

For patwadi stuffing:
1 tsp Khas Khas (poppy seeds)
1 medium Katori grated dry coconut
1 tsp oil
2 garlic, ½ inch ginger, and 1 green chili paste
¼ tsp red chili powder
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves

For patwadi rassa (gravy):
16 thin pieces of dry coconut
1 tsp Khas Khas (poppy seeds)
Oil for drying Khas Khas and dry coconut
10 garlic petals
1 ½ inch ginger
2 big onion roughly chopped
½ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1 roughly chopped tomato
6 cloves
1-inch dalchini (cinnamon)
Coriander leaves and 1 green chili
4 tbsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
9 curry leaves
¼ tsp Haldi powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
¾ tsp coriander seeds powder
¾ tsp kanda lasun masala
¾ tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
Hot water as per consistency needed
Finely chopped coriander leaves
