Today we are doing a total body POWER Pilates workout. We are working on strengthening the arms, legs and core and also building a strong foundation in balance and flexibility. This is a low impact workout for all levels. We will work for 40seconds each and perform one round of each exercise! I used 3-5 pound dumbbells but those dumbbells are optional. Have a great time with this workout! It’s definitely a challenge for balance.
