Warm milk 150 ml
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
White sugar 30 g (2 tbsp)
Bread or all-purpose flour 280 g (2 cup)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Unsalted butter 25 g (2 tbsp)

Pan size: 33*40 cm

Preheated oven at 175℃/350 ℉ bake for 15 - 18 minutes until golden brown
